Always order 1–2 samples before committing to a large quantity. We ship samples within 7 business days.

2. Understand MOQ

Our standard MOQ is 20 units per SKU. Custom OEM orders start at 50 units. Mixed-SKU orders may qualify for reduced MOQ — ask your sales rep.

3. Plan for Shipping Lead Time

• Sea freight: 25–35 days
• Air freight: 7–10 days
• Express sample: 3–5 days

4. Prepare for Customs

We provide commercial invoices, packing lists, and HS codes. Check your country's import duties for artificial plants (typically HS Code 6702).
